這部紀錄片記錄了保羅無與倫比的獨唱生涯：從他同名獨唱首秀的單人樂隊低保真錄音原型，到RAM的田園幸福，再到Wings的形成及其經典專輯，包括《band on the Run》、《Venus and Mars》、《At the Speed of Sound》、《Wings Over America》、《London Town》等。
